Well, it didn't last long

As I briefly mentioned in my last posting, the snow had rather unexpectedly started here in the Vienne. It certainly wasn't forecast but we'd seen the temperature dropping rapidly, it was overcast and damp, perfect snow forming conditions.

As it was dark there was no easy way to get photos, but if it does snow enough in the future in daylight I'll try to get it on-line.

According to the current weather forecasts, it is expected to drop to  -3c on Thursday night, but with clear skies so no chance of further snow. I do expect it to be very cold compared to what we are previously used to.

Here's the temperature forecast for this week (in French of course!).
